Wholeness ...Healing...

Want a safe, warm environment where you can directly address your issues?  I am passionate about working with adults, teens, and families to find solutions during difficult and stressful life situations. I love to incorporate biological, emotional, and spiritual truths to heal the whole person. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, combining my counseling and medical research background to understand how your thoughts and emotions integrate to shape your responses to life difficulties and relationships.

Are you tired of feeling stuck or unable to cope with life?  I work to help you understand the biology AND practical implications of what is going on to bring lasting healing.

The teen years can bring many unique traumas, great and small.  I work with teens and families to bring wholeness and connectedness for your teen and the family.
